I had photographed this little guy’s dad last year for business portraits, so I was absolutely delighted when I got the e-mail saying that they were expecting their first child this summer.  They decided on our 3-session baby photography plan, with a newborn photography session, 6-month session, and 12-month session.  At their newborn photography planning/design meeting, we decided to use their college colors (garnet & gold) with dad’s construction hard hat and sports props.  Another theme was an animal menagerie, and mom, dad, and baby arrived at our Germantown-Clarksburg photography studio with an entire large plastic bucket full of stuffed animals.  How adorable!  We did their family portraits on our fabulous sheepskin rug.  Every photograph I create on that rug turns out amazing!  And, of course you’ve noticed this little 8-day old newborn’s silver hair.  I kept oohing and aahing throughout their newborn photography session… sooo beautiful!
