I first met Steven in May of last year when I was hired by a brand development & design company in Arizona to photograph him for a profile story in the Phoenix Patriot Magazine. He was such a bubbly, optimistic guy that he just made me smile. So I was delighted when six months later, he wrote to me to ask if we’d be around the weekend after New Year’s, as he was planning to propose to his girlfriend on New Year’s Eve, when she came up to visit from South Carolina! I was so excited and happy for them! And on the day after New Year’s, when we met up with Steven & Priscilla for their engagement photography at National Harbor, Maryland, where he had proposed just two days earlier, they giggled and laughed and giggled and laughed all afternoon and into the evening. Love is DEFINITELY in the air wherever these two go! And the super sweet thing about their love story? They were high school sweethearts! It’s fate that they’ve come together now. Nothing can keep them apart! Congratulations to this happy couple, to be wed in the Carolinas!
