I had met the Kohns a few months earlier for their extended family photography session with Barry’s side of the family. During that portrait session, we didn’t have much time to do a lot of candids of Barry & Maureen’s little family and their two ADORABLE children, so of course, we had to schedule another family portrait session just for these little cuties! I love the pink and grey colors and the striped outfits that Maureen picked out for the kids. So sweet! We had so much fun photographing and running around with the kids, and they had fun too exploring beautiful Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, Maryland. And check out the two framed collages and the storyboard mounted as a 1.5″ black-edged standout that Maureen chose. The storyboard we designed together at Maureen’s “photo reveal.” Maureen didn’t want the storyboard to look too symmetrical, so we came up with a design that focused on one larger family portrait with smaller family photos around two edges.
