It was just a few months ago in November that I was at the Zients’s home in Columbia, Maryland creating a series of environmental business portraits for Debbie. At the end of our business portrait session, Debbie mentioned that all three of her children would be home for the holidays, and so began our planning for family photography. And just a few days after Christmas, I was headed back to Columbia. Our original intent was to do all of their family photography inside their elegantly-decorated home, but we lucked out with a beautiful winter day, so we were able to photograph both indoors and out. What I loved best about photographing this family is how close-knit they clearly are! We went through all the various groupings – everyone together, the three kids, dad and daughter, mother and sons, the two brothers, individual photos of each child, and of course, mom & dad. What an amazing family photography experience!
