"Our last professional family photography session was when our son was 5, and he just turned 21... Our son is coming back from college right after Christmas. I wanted to ask if an outdoor family photography session is a possibility."

We talked over a few possible locations for family photography sessions, and as soon as I described Old Town Alexandria in Northern Virginia, Cathy was sold, and the afternoon of New Year's Eve, we met up in Old Town. Surprisingly, this Frederick, MD family had never been to Old Town Alexandria before... maybe because they're originally from Texas and haven't been in Frederick for so long. As we wandered Old Town, they admired the architecture and scenery and said how glad they were to have picked that location. And of course, their family photography turned out amazing... well worth braving the cold of winter!  Enjoy!
