Debbie and I had gotten to know each other through a class we’re both enrolled in, and so I’m glad Debbie thought of me when it came time for her to get some new business headshots. In our pre-photography consultation, I always like to find out about peoples’ past experiences with professional photographers, and if there was anything they liked or disliked from their past experiences. When Debbie first started her executive coaching business five years earlier, she needed business headshots, and so she went to a local photographer in Columbia, Maryland. She didn’t know at the time that there are other options besides the very formal-looking studio headshot on a marbled blue or grey or other colored backdrop. And so this time around, with more experience under her belt, she chose to do an environmental headshot series – in my view, always the more unique and memorable route to travel. And so we created the business headshots below at her home in Columbia. Natural and relaxed, professional, confident and beautiful!
