It was at a Rockville networking event that I first met Alecia Scott, realtor extraordinaire of Scott Team International. We were both first-time visitors at that particular event, and when I told her that I’m a professional photographer, she confided to me that she didn’t like her existing business portraits, because they were overly retouched and didn’t look like her. She likes to get new business portraits done every two years in the fall, and so we just happened to meet at precisely the right time. Plus, her daughter, Olivia, was joining her in the real estate business, and needed headshots immediately. Alecia’s previous headshots had been done on a standard grey backdrop, so this time, she chose to go with an environmental portrait instead.
