"We're a family of five... we have 13-year old and 2-year old sons and an 11-year old daughter. We want to start with a family photography session. We're a goofy family and we don't want any poses that are too serious! After the family photography session, we'll also want either a boudoir photography or bridal photography session, as we've never had either. Your boudoir photography is phenomenal!" Jasper said on our initial phone call and later at their family photography planning and design meeting.

As we brainstormed and talked through ideas at their planning & design meeting, Kiki said they didn't want to use any overly "fancy" furniture, as that just wouldn't be them. And so we planned their indoor family photography session at our Maryland photography studio around our hardwood staircase, a cream backdrop with light wood flooring, and most fun of all, a Little Artist Chalkboard drawing theme on a grey backdrop for the entire family (my favorite!).
