When we photographed the Ruiz family last fall, they had just found out that a new little one would be arriving this August.  So I was absolutely delighted to get Elizabeth’s call in May.  I couldn’t wait to see her big belly and to eventually meet the little princess!  They chose a 3-session baby photography plan, including a maternity photography session, newborn photography session, and 12-month baby/family portrait session and cake smash.  So the following month, we met up at beautiful Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, Maryland for their maternity photography session. Elizabeth emerged from the car, and she was positively glowing!  She’d had her hair and makeup done by Blo in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and the hair stylist & makeup artist had done an amazing job.  I kept admiring her hair all through the maternity photography session.  She was absolutely stunning! 

Then, Brookside’s rose garden was just about the most beautiful I’d ever seen it – we were so in luck!  At their “photo reveal”/ordering appointment, the Ruiz’s chose a 16×24 canvas gallery wrap of the baby’s momma to complement the canvas wrap they had gotten from the maternity photography session of their first child.  They also selected two 12×18 metal prints, and a whole host of smaller desk prints.  Stay tuned for photos of their finished artwork and newborn photography session coming up next month!
