It was to be their parent's 50th wedding anniversary when Melissa reached out to us in search of a Rockville family photographer who could photograph them as an anniversary gift to her parents.  Her sister and brother would be coming to RMaryland for the holidays, and it was the perfect timing for an extra-special family photography session of the five of them. 

They didn't want a family photographer who would insist that their family portraits be created outdoors, yet they also didn't want the traditional backdrop studio photography look.  As a result, Melissa loved the sound of our unique Maryland family photography studio, especially the beautiful hardwood staircase that we love to photograph on.

And so, the big day arrived, and Melissa's parents were absolutely delighted by this anniversary gift of family photography. At their "photo reveal" & ordering appointment the next month, Melissa herself chose her 4 favorite family portraits for us to print on metal to decorate the walls of her own home.
