Our fierce and fearless teen's art has arrived! Lauren joined the "Confident Girls, Empowered Women" Photography Project to get teenager photos celebrating the amazing woman she is becoming. And girl... did she rock this teen photography session! If you haven't had the opportunity to see all of Lauren's photos from her CGEW teen photoshoot and read her project interview, you can view both of them here.

We were able to present Lauren and her family with a gorgeous 10x10 artful album with a camel vintage leather cover that perfectly showcased her stunning teenager photos. A unique and wonderful thing about our "Artful Albums" is that they open just like a traditional book, though unlike a traditional book, the pages lie completely flat so that all of the images seamlessly tell a story! And what a gorgeous story this album tells! From her breathtaking fabric images to the touching staircase portraits with her mom, we hope Lauren can share these teenager photos with her own daughter one day and remember how remarkable she truly is. 

Confident Girls, Empowered Women

We started the "Confident Girls, Empowered Women" project to show girls that they are perfect just the way they are. We truly and wholeheartedly believe that every single person can look not just amazing, but STUNNING and FIERCE, all while looking like themselves. Our photographer's goal is to photograph 30 ‘teens and ‘tweens grades 6-10, of all shapes & sizes & ethnicities in celebration of the diversity in the Washington, DC metro area.
